Delivery Information

The following is for guidance only and does not affect the Terms and Conditions or your statutory rights as a consumer.

We aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days from stock.

Orders for delivery within the UK are normally sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. We currently charge £2.50 for all orders sent to UK addresses.

You may also request that your order is sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, Guaranteed pre-9:00am or Guaranteed Next Day, for a small additional fee.

All orders intended to be dispatched by Special Delivery must be completed prior to 11:00am. We will do our utmost to process your order as soon as possible, and will telephone you to confirm the timing of dispatch. Unfortunately, we cannot always guarantee that orders will be in stock to allow for dispatch on the same day.

All international orders (outside the UK) are charged a minimum £6.00 postage and packing fee (depending on the weight of the order). International delivery costs will be notified to the customer and confirmed prior to being dispatched. International orders are normally sent via Airmail.

Non-receipt of order

Please contact as soon as you begin to wonder what may have happened to your order, however, please allow 15 working days before making any claim for non-receipt of an item, (25 working days for international deliveries) as no claim will be acknowledged before this time has elapsed. Our return address will be prominent on all orders dispatched.

Damage to products and Incomplete/Incorrect Delivery

Damaged items and erroneous delivery must be notified within 7 working days of receipt, via email.

If we are satisfied that the product has not been damaged intentionally, we will offer a replacement or a refund once the item has been returned to us.
